Summer Band Camp 2026
July 27-31 - Percussion + Color Guard Only
August 3-7 - Full Band Camp
August 10-14 - Full Band Camp
The Band Boosters are excited for the upcoming 2026-2027 marching season and school year. Below is some helpful information and a few reminders.
Please take a second to register for our upcoming 2026 Titan Marching Band Season.
Band Camp Checklist – please review this with your student(s) to make sure all items are checked before camp begins (medical form, music printed, UDBApp downloaded, etc.).
2026 TMB Medical Form - New for 2026 - We will not be using the VHSL Medical forms this year. Families should print and use the 2026 TMB Medical Form. Obviously, the safety and well being of our students is critically important so please make sure that all medical conditions are listed in case we need to assist a student.
Fill in the Marching Band T-Shirt, Gloves, and Shoes Order Form with your student before band camp begins - we need a record for each student, even if they don’t need gloves or shoes (this can be indicated on the form).
Consider volunteering during band camp - We can’t do this without you! If you would like more information, please email Jodie Brinkmann (jlbrinkmann2@gmail.com).

Another way to support is to be a sponsor for the season! This can be a great way to advertise a business or service to the Cosby community. Reach out to cosbybandboosterfundraising@gmail.com for more information.
One final note, please consider joining the Band Booster organization using the membership form! We meet monthly during the school year, plan fun events, and raise funds that directly support the band in the form of student scholarships, paying for transportation to band events (buses), buying new instruments, and helping to pay for new uniforms, etc. All are welcome and encouraged to join!
